We, Michael and Elena Sumkin, ballroom and Latin dance coaches at Sumkin Dance School, have been living the dancesport since the age of 6, invite you to join our school! From our experience, the experience of our children who chose the sport of dance, the rich experience of the school's dancers (ages 5 to 80 and the sky is not the limit) we know that ballroom dancing: ▪ Contributes to the strength of the body and mind ▪ Strengthens the self-confidence of children ▪ Develops human relationships between couples dancing together and between school dancers ▪ Develops very important skills and abilities such as personal and social responsibility, self-learning and teamwork, coping with successes and disappointments. Dance is an inexhaustible source of self-expression and self-fulfillment. The school's coaches, in collaboration with the dancers, work to promote and develop an encouraging work environment, based on the values of respect, perseverance, and peer support, out of belief in the importance of the path, out of belief that significant sporting achievements by the dancers on the national and international stage are made possible in a social environment with values.
